We aim to support all pupils in school and believe in the possibility that everyone is gifted and talented, some of us just have not yet found or recognised in which area we shine. We aim to seek out all talents and offer opportunities to support them.
Teachers share information about pupils and parents are asked to complete questionnaires at ‘Meet your New Teacher’ parents evenings that include a question on gifts and talents.
If a pupil needs time off school to practice or showcase their talents, a ‘holiday form’ can be obtained from the school office. Each individual case will be considered and time off will be granted if a pupil is representing their county or county. Other circumstances will be carefully considered.
At Pennington Church of England Primary School we share Christian values and God’s love through our teaching and learning.
We aim to nurture and educate every unique Pennington child, regardless of gender, race, culture or background. We celebrate individuality and appreciate everybody’s different gifts.
Children grow into happy, confident people who proudly reach their potential whilst developing their own talents and interests. We enjoy learning within our Pennington family, our community and God’s wider world.
